SANDY SPRINGS, GA — Organizers are working to make sure next week’s Fall Fun Health Fest goes off without a hitch in Sandy Springs. The festival will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14 at North Springs United Methodist Church.
The Health Fest is free and open to the public, and is hosted by the Sandy Springs/Perimeter Chamber of Commerce’s Health & Well-Being Council. The event features local health and wellness professionals, live fitness demos, along with a Pumpkin Patch and a Kids Zone.
All activities are designed to help participants enjoy being outside as well as moving, playing, connecting and enjoying the day (SIGN UP: Get Patch’s Daily Newsletter and Real Time News Alerts. Or, if you have an iPhone, download the free Patch app).
The Health & Well-Being Council was founded in 2014 as a method to bring together a diverse group of health and well-being professionals for the purpose of connecting them with the community at large to create thriving wellness businesses and a healthier Sandy Springs.
